Birrin Birrin provides supports aligned with NDIS goals under:

  • Core Supports

  • Capacity Building Supports

Services are delivered in line with participant goals, plans, and funding categories.

Referral Process – Birrin Birrin Studio

  1. Submit Referral

    Complete the Birrin Birrin Intake & Referral Form (online or via email).

  2. Initial Review

    We review:

  • NDIS plan and funding

  • Participant goals

  • Support needs and suitability

  1. Initial Contact

    We will contact the participant or representative to:

  • Discuss supports

  • Confirm availability

  • Answer questions

  1. Service Agreement

    A service agreement is issued and must be signed before supports begin.

  2. Commencement of Supports

    Once the agreement is signed, sessions are scheduled and supports begin.

Service Agreement Requirement

All participants must have a signed Service Agreement in place before supports commence.

This ensures:

  • Clarity of services

  • Alignment with NDIS funding

  • Understanding of responsibilities

  • Transparency in pricing and delivery

Supports cannot be delivered without:

  • A current NDIS plan

  • Confirmed funding

  • A signed agreement

Cancellation Policy – Birrin Birrin Studio

We understand that circumstances change. However, consistent scheduling is essential to maintain service delivery.

Notice Period

  • At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Short Notice Cancellations

If less than 48 hours notice is given:

  • The full session fee may be charged in line with NDIS guidelines.

No Shows

If a participant does not attend a scheduled session:

  • The session will be charged in full.

Provider Cancellations

If Birrin Birrin cancels:

  • The session will be rescheduled

  • No fee will be charged

Exceptional Circumstances

Exceptions may be considered in cases such as:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Serious unforeseen events
